We are a wholesale plant nursery located in the foothills east of Sacramento, CA. We've supplied nursery stock to retail nurseries, landscapers and municaplities since 1976. Our wholesale service area is northern California and northwestern Nevada.
Ornamentals and California Natives
Our products include shrubs, ground covers, flowers, perennials, conifers, shade trees, fruit trees, grasses, roses, berry and grape vines, citrus, crape myrtles, dogwoods, and palms. We also grow a wide variety of California native plants. Our location experiences a wide range of climates, producing hardy plants suitable for hot valleys and cool mountain areas.
Contract Growing
For large scale projects in restoration, conservation, eco-landscaping and government work, the customer needs large quantities of quality specimens with high survival rates. High Ranch Nursery offers a tailored solution with Contract Growing. We'll grow stock to meet your needs and deliver it to your location, ready for planting.
UC Davis Arboretum All-Stars
Arboretum All-Stars are sustainable and habitat-friendly plants that are low water users, resistant to pests and disesases, and outstanding in a garden. Many of them are also California natives. High Ranch Nursery is one of three wholesale growers offering these proven perfomers to retail outlets.
